This is for approximately 200 pounds of Yak meat.  Cuts include Ribeye, Tenderloin, Ground, Round, Sirloin, T-Bone and Soup Bones.  

There will be a non-refundable deposit of $500.  The remainder of the payment will be taken at delivery.
